The Growth Method
What is The Growth Method?

At Guided Growth Kids Hub, we help children build essential cognitive, social, and academic skills using The Growth Method—a fun and effective blend of ABA and play-based learning designed to unlock every child’s potential.
The foundation of this method is Skinner’s Theory of Conditioning, a scientifically proven model for how we learn. This theory is the backbone of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy, which has helped many children improve behavior and learning outcomes. However, while ABA is powerful, it doesn’t always address the whole child—especially their emotional needs and creativity.
That’s where play therapy comes in.
Play provides children with a safe, engaging, and joyful way to explore the world and make sense of new concepts. When combined with the structure of ABA, it helps children generalize what they learn—meaning they don’t just learn it in one place, they begin using it everywhere.
This blend is what we call The Growth Method—a personalized, child-centered approach I’ve been practicing for the past three years.
Why It Works
The Growth Method uses natural, evidence-based ways of learning. Instead of forcing a child to adapt to a rigid system, we adapt the learning to suit the child.
Whether your child is struggling with:
• Expressing themselves through speech or language
• Learning to brush their teeth or other everyday routines
• Managing their emotions and reducing tantrums
• Navigating behavioral challenges at home or school
• Strengthening academic abilities like reading, writing, and math
• Building thinking and problem-solving skills
Our Core Values
Guided by principles that ensure every child receives the best care, we hold ourselves accountable to these core values.
Empathy
We prioritize understanding and compassion, creating a safe space for children to express their feelings and explore their potential.
Creativity
We embrace innovative approaches, fostering imaginative play that encourages problem-solving and enhances learning experiences.
Collaboration
We believe in the power of teamwork. By working closely with families and educators, we ensure cohesive support for every child's growth.
